BEREA, Ky. -- Berea College Student-Athlete Logan McKenzie (Jr. Athens, TN/McMinn County HS), has been selected for the 2019 NCAA Division III outdoor Track & Field Championships, set for Thursday, May 23rd through Saturday, May 25th at the Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio. McKenzie qualified for the Men's 3000m Steeplechase.
This will be McKenzie's first trip to the NCAA Track & Field Outdoor National Championship. Among those selected to run in the Men's 3000m Steeplechase, McKenzie was ranked 8th out of 20 participants with a time of 9:04.87.
The Men's 3000m Steeplechase Prelims is scheduled for Thursday, May 23rd at 5:50 PM EST, the finals is scheduled for Saturday, May 25th at 11:30 AM.
