Berea, KY- The men's basketball team welcomed Boyce College to the Seabury Center on November 28, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. for their third home game this season. Berea quickly gained a lead in the first half and in the end defeated the Bulldogs 86-66. This win marks the third win in a row putting them at 3-0 for the season.
At half time Berea led Boyce College 43-27. Dakota Mays led the first half with 12 points. DyontaBizzle-Brown also added 11 points 7 rebounds in the first half as well. Berea
shot 66 percent from the field and committed 13 turnovers in the first half.
The Mountaineers maintained their lead in the second half shooting 68 percent in free-throws. Dyonta Bizzle-Brown led the Mountaineers with 18 points, 2 assists and 11 rebounds. Deandre Lightfoot also led with a total of 17 points, 6 assists and 3 rebounds.
The men will be heaeding to Covenant College on December the 2nd where they will take on the Scots at 4:00 P.M, this game will be the conference opener for the Mountaineers.
