In the matchup against Berea Men's Basketball and Lagrange Collage on Saturday February 9th the panthers came out with a 99-78 victory over the Mountaineers. Leaving Berea standing with an 11-11 season record and a 6-9 conference record. LaGrange holds a 15-7 season record with an 11-4 conference record.

                In the beginning of the matchup Lagrange lead with the most rebounds, having 18 total in the first half, while Berea had 11. Torell Carter, Berea's leading scorer had 13 points going into the second half of the game. Lagrange's Julian Cameron had 15 points, leading his team in points going into the second half of the matchup. LaGrange College had a 60.0% field goal percentage as they were also shooting 75.0% from the free throw line in the first half. The Mountaineers Mitchell Embree led the team in assist with seven. 

                In the second half, LaGrange College continued its scoring ways, outscoring the Mountaineers 42-35. LaGrange shot 44% from the field, while Berea only shot 34% from the field. Berea and LaGrange were very close in both rebounds and in turnovers, but ultimately, LaGrange was more efficent in their scoring which led to them controlling the ball game for most of the way.
