The men's golf team hosted seven schools for the annual Spring Tee-Off Invitational Friday and Saturday at Battlefield Golf Club.
The Mountaineers were forced to play as individuals after Trevor Humes (SO/Tompkinsville, KY) withdrew from Friday's opening round. After facing brutal course conditions on Friday afternoon, the squad responded with solid Saturday rounds, led by senior Steven Haddix (SR/Albany, KY)'s 81.
KIAC member Point Park University took the overall invitational title, with Asbury University finishing second.

Berea will host Alice Lloyd College next Saturday in a Ryder Cup friendly at Gibson Bay Golf Course as the team prepares for the conference tournament.
