The Mountaineers ended their 2016 campaign with a 5-1 setback to NAIA member Asbury University.
The first half of the contest was all Asbury as they took 19 shots to Berea's 4. The Eagles also scored unanswered goals in the opening period.
Asbury was the first to strike in the second half scoring a goal at 72:10. Berea would strike back less than 10 minutes later on a goal by senior Wesley Saintilord. Asbury would then score just three minutes later with the last goal of the game.
With the loss, the Mountaineers end the season at 3-11-3.
