After the strong performance in the Greater Louisville Classic (DIII Nationals Preview) where Berea College finished 8th and beat #18 Emory, #19 Case Western, and #22 UC-Santa Cruz, USTFCCCA rewarded the Berea College Men's Cross Country team by ranking them #1 in the South and Southeast region.
The Mountaineers were ranked #2 in the previous week and were able to jump #1 Emory with their performance in the Greater Louisville Classic. The Mountaineers also set the school record team time nad team average, running a 2:06.25 and averaged 25:16 for the 8K course.
