Both the men's and women's track and field team placed fifth out of ten teams in their first meet of the season at the 2015 Pioneer Invitational Track Meet. The men tallied 52 points, defeating their nearest competitor Spalding University (136 points). The meet featured one NCAA Division II school, two NAIA schools and eight NCAA Division III teams.
Erica Woods took top honors for the Mountaineers, placing first in the Long Jump, garnering 10 points.

The track and field team will compete again at the Lindsey Wilson Invite in Columbia, KY, on Saturday, March 28.
